Refund Policy
We know you worry about where you put your money especially if it is your first time with us. We understand this and want you to feel safe hence, if for some reason the package does not get to it intended destination or for whatsoever reason you do not feel satisfied with the product then we cover a full refund except for the delivery fee of $30 – $65 as this goes directly to the delivery person and can not be refunded.
Delivery Policy
We make it a priority to bring your package right to your address, hotel, resort, public parking lot or gas station. The delivery time will depend on the distance to the delivery address but for local deliveries we delivery typically within 90 minutes from when the order is paid for.
